A company was recently acquired by a larger organization; excess warehouse space and inventory was to be reduced. A thorough review of the assets and location, resulted in a 30-day plan to liquidate a large warehouse loaded with fork lifts, racking, equipment, aluminum bar stock, leather hides, exotic wood, flooring, downdraft tables, aircraft supplies and tools, finally leaving the building broom clean.
