[ADDITIONAL INFORMATION] Harley-Davidson 85th Anniversary commemorative fixed-blade knife by Bear MGC, USA, Custom Series. The polished blade is etched with the 85th Anniversary wreath logo, an eagle and American flag, and vintage motorcycles with riders. It has a hardwood handle and a brass guard, and sits in its original “Genuine Harley-Davidson, An American Legend, Limited Edition Collectible” box with purple velvet lining.

Collector quality from the private collection of Patty Bush, former owner of Doc’s Harley-Davidson. This 2007 50th Anniversary Sportster has never been started and came factory direct. It is finished in black with laced wheels, red and gold accent striping, gold-tone tank medallions, and an embroidered two-up seat.

Harley-Davidson introduced the Sportster in 1957 as the XL, replacing the K model. It became one of the best-known names in motorcycling, and by 2007 it had been in continuous production for 50 years. To mark the milestone, the company built the 50th Anniversary edition as a limited run of 2,000 motorcycles worldwide, with a serialized nameplate on the handlebar clamp and a gold “50th” emblem on the tank. Anniversary models like this tend to be sought after by collectors, and a never-started example is harder to find than most.
