GRS Auctions and Liquidations is an online auction company specializing in online auction for business and industrial auctions.
Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time auction staff member to join our auction team. This role involves supporting various auction operations including customer service for auction pick-up and previews, warehouse duties, inventory, and shipping assistance. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and like working on diverse projects across multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer service attitude and interpersonal skills
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable working with computer programs, including Microsoft Excel
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Experience: Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to organize, sort, and manage inventory
Availability: Able to work 24-30 hours per week between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM
Background Check: Must successfully pass background check
Flexibility: Ability to work on different projects and at various project sites
Tools: Able to use a variety of hand and power tools
Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to auction participants
Assist with shipping and receiving operations
Organize and sort inventory
Support warehouse operations and logistics
Work across multiple project sites as needed

Mechanical Ability: Basic mechanical skills and aptitude
Commercial Driving: Ability to operate small box trucks
Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing environments
